Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. The instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward — zero frustration!  The 2-in-1 grill and griddle design is brilliant. Having the option to sear steaks on the grill side while doing bacon, eggs, and smashed burgers on the griddle at the same time makes hosting so easy. The cooking surface is huge! We hosted a neighborhood block party last weekend with over 15 people, and we handled all the food effortlessly without making anyone wait.  The double stainless steel lids feel solid, look sharp, and help lock in heat evenly.
