I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This balance beam comes folded in a box just pull it out and start using it. It comes with a storage bag and the balance beam has handles and I love that it folds in half. We got it to add to home made obstacle courses and my son loves it. It’s nice that it is so low to the ground for little ones to practice balance and agility. T-moldings are commonly used in doorways to join two floors in adjoining rooms. Also recommended when making a transition from two floors that are the same height. Comes with Versatrack and Versatrack-Shim for floors up to 1/2" (12.7mm).
