I ordered a lantern and it arrived with all the glass broken!! No fragile sticker was on the box! I preferred a replacement and the 2nd lantern was broken as well without any fragile stickers on the box!! I have never had this happen with any shipment anywhere and twice broken was too much for me to handle. Then I had to jump through hoops to get it returned - hopefully the refund is painless ! We ordered this as a surprise for my parents. They only had a recessed can light in their entry way so we installed this pendant for them. It goes well with their modern farmhouse home and was very easy to assemble and install. We have lots of experience with this type of work though. It was very well packaged and everything was in great condition. The light works great. We had to borrow a light bulb from our home as they didn’t have any of the E12 base bulbs. But we at least got to make sure it worked. We would recommend this light.. Sarah. Haslet, TX. Tue Sep 08 2026
