The chairs are a luxurious scale and sit perfectly. The upholstery chosen is a neutral thick linen that works nicely with the finish and offers harmony for most interiors. Both the Anglia table and the dining chairs offered are 100 percent hand-carved, actually bench made furnishings, carved one piece at a time out of hand-selected solid mahogany wood. They are then tastefully finished in our new intermediate mystique grey, a neutral or achromatic color. A salute to a new contemporary, sophisticated lifestyle, a combination of finish and design that celebrate the beauty of the fine grain of the mahogany wood and enhance the vestiges of this rich wood gloriously visible in a tone that will create solidity to your overall design.

Exactly as pictured. The tone of the brown is slightly more grey than I was hoping for…doesn’t quite match my room, but with some savvy decorating… The table itself is very sturdy and heavy. If the floor is not even, there are hidden balancing lifts in the base…I wouldn’t have know they were there but fortunately the Perigold delivery guys did a great job unpacking, placing and balancing the table.. The color of this table is absolutely perfect. Is a beautiful creamy white wash that isn’t shabby chic or chippy. The creamy white doesn’t lean yellow or gray, it’s just a perfect warm white. The finish felt bare so I sealed it with Varathane water based polyurethane in a clear matte finish. It is perfect, smooth and did not turn yellow or remove any of the finish.. Courtney. In a classic silhouette with a rich cherry finish and a decorative veneer top, the round Brookhaven lamp table features one drawer and one shelf and refined details like a brass-finished medallion drawer pull and curved, fluted legs. The Brookhaven collection is crafted from hardwood solids with cherry veneers. It features a distressed medium clear cherry finish.

I think it’s a very beautiful, elegant piece. Unfortunately, there were the typical obvious cosmetic defects that shouldn’t make it through QA. The one on the leg didn’t really matter because the table is in a corner and I could position it towards the wall. The defect on the top is pretty much dead center in front, so I’ll always notice it every time I get close enough. The defects on the lower shelf don’t really matter because there will be some sort of decoration on top of them. But still, for the price it seems there shouldn’t be any obvious cosmetic defects or at least ship those to the people who aren’t battling perfectionism. There was significant shipping damage to the crossbar the drawer rests on, almost to the point of complete failure. I braced it with a mending bar for the moment and Wayfair is sending out a guy to replace the bar for free. Other than all that, still very happy with the decision to get this piece.. Ken. Marblehead, MA. Tue Oct 13 2026
