These are very sturdy stools and the wood is beautiful. BUT. I bought 2 sets. One set was fairly well matched in color, the other was not. One was very yellow on the top and the other fairly dark. In person, they didn't go at all. I solved this because I didn't want the hassle of returning them by painting the tops. Great stools but be aware of the color variation. I bought them hoping that the variation would mean that they matched my table. The difference was too much (and too yellow) hence the paint.. Carol. Dc. Thu Sep 03 2026

Love these. They fit into our small 39” space at the end of the island. Very sturdy! A little shiny on the wood but not terrible. Wish the foot rest ring was not chrome. Crafted from solid rubberwood and bentwood, its sturdy construction supports up to 350 lbs, making it a stylish and reliable addition to any kitchen or bar area.

They are functional and work for my space. The color and quality seem good. They were not easy to put together - I needed a drill with the right attachment - there was no way the small allen wrench was getting those screws in. Do wish that the top of the legs fit further into the seat base. Based on product photos & submitted photos, mine seem to stick out much farther and almost extend beyond the cushioned seat - used a mallet to attempt getting them more fitted, but their size simply doesn't allow it without modifications. I am going to keep them because they fit perfectly where I need them.. Kristin. Plymouth, WI. Tue Oct 13 2026
