Hans Grohe invented the shower bar more than 60 years ago: It is the original from the Black Forest. To this day, we are consistently continuing to develop it. Your advantages: exclusive designs with glossy chrome, brushed nickel, polished nickel, rubbed bronze, or polished brass – as with Unica E. To make sure everything fits perfectly, there are Unica shower bars in different lengths, with shower hose and brackets, to suit all conventional hand showers. Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. To help ensure that the shower hose is a perfect length it is included along with many bars.

First off this is an amazing handshower. The powder rain is one of her softest rain shower experiences I have ever had. The design is gorgeous. And the fact that you can change the shower pulse type with a touch of a button is incredibly convenient and somehow they made the button press incredibly satisfying. “But why only four stars!!” You might be asking… Well, hansgrohe like so many others, has gone all plastic. The weight of this unit is nothing substantial and is kind of disappointing. However I trust hansgrohe, as I have a shower head and thermostatic control that has lasted 16 years with no issue. Best feeling shower ever! I felt this “PowderRain” shower head at a local supplier showroom and fell in love with it. The price here is ALOT lower! My plumber was impressed with the high quality parts. Don’t position the rain shower head too high above your head or the water will not be the right force and will cool down before it gets to you. About 12-15” I think is ideal. Found this out the hard way. Iwanted it tall enough for my husband, but we installed it too high to be optimal. The settings on the handheld shower wand are nice. There are three -one that has more force for rinsing out shampoo, and another with a spiral massage, as well as the same powder rain as the wall mounted shower head. It feels like getting soaked with a soft rain. More of a relaxing sensory experience which is why the other stronger setting on the handle shower is useful. The wall rod adjusts the height of the handwand easily and can be used as a separate overhead shower as well. I purchased the brushed nickel and the wall controller does get water spots so must be cleaned accordingly. (The grab bars in my picture were purchased separately and are not included in this kit).
