The large wooden feeder has a few design flaws. The acrylic windows doesnt stay in place and the wood is very thin and the screws became stripped and wouldnt tighten. Its not as sturdy as I hoped and am worry that it will fall apart once seeds are placed in and birds try to come eat. Its a nice concept but it does fall short of the mark. VERY pleased with this feeder. It's the third one I've tried over the last few years - first one I've bought from Wayfair. I really like the color and the design allows so many more birds to feed at a time without having "bird fights". Best of all, it has finally defeated the squirrel that has been eating all the seed ... the cage design makes it easy for the birds and almost impossible for the squirrel.
