Hand Tufted Novelty Rug

More than anything else, area rugs are art for your floors: They create the mood of your decor, guide the layout of your furniture, and establish a color scheme to follow (or rebel against). A new rug can, and will, dramatically change a room – the fun part is picking the one you love. Calm and soothing, this rug’s green ombre backdrop refreshes any space and gives off a natural ambiance. Made in India, it’s hand-tufted from New Zealand wool with a medium pile height. To keep this piece safely in place, we recommend using a rug pad.

Bring contemporary style with textured flair to your space with this modern area rug. Its solid turmeric hue adds warmth and color to your space, while a double-scalloped border creates a geometric centerpiece to anchor your furniture. Hand-tufted from 100% wool, this rug boasts a high 0.75'' pile that adds generous underfoot cushioning and warmth in rooms that see low foot traffic, like bedrooms and offices. This handmade wool area rug rolls out a modern aesthetic that updates your space with a fresh foundation. It's crafted from wool fabric to deliver natural stain resistance across the surface. The design centers around a clean layout that lets your decor take center stage, while the high pile height makes it an excellent choice for areas with less foot traffic. It features a cotton and latex backing for added structure beneath the weave. Plus, its flat construction stays comfortable underfoot while keeping your room arrangement coordinated. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

The rug is gorgeous! Thick and soft with deep, rich colors. Looks great in our mid-century modern home. Yes, it does shed a bit. But after vacuuming a few times, that has stopped. This tufted indoor area rug showcases an eye-catching geometric pattern to deliver a mid-century modern feel to your living room or entryway. Handmade in India from 100% wool, this rug's 0.35" pile height adds just the right amount of padding underfoot while remaining easy to clean. Many of the designs in this collection are accented with viscose for silky softness to outline patterns and further highlight the softness of the wool. This innovative collection is hand-tufted in India.

Very nice, very happy with this rug. Leadth. Sheffield Village, OH. Tue Mar 03 2026

For a luxurious feel and just a bit of whimsy, look no further than our rug. Made with 100% natural wool, these rugs provide a soft, squishy surface that you’ll love to step on as soon as you get out of bed each morning or beg you to kick your shoes off when you’re lounging around in the living room. This exudes a sense of peace and relaxation and a playful multicolor version that instantly brightens any room it's in, The rug is an attractive showpiece for any style. The pileless wool construction makes these rugs easy to clean despite their plush feel. Perfect for medium-traffic areas where comfort is a priority like the living room or bedroom.

As others have said, the colors in the photos are very misrepresentative - they are much more dull and grey. That said, the rug feels great underfoot and everyone in my house has spent time standing on it. There's no way a door would be able to pass over it and I feel like it would make a table or other furniture feel off balance, so would recommend more for a runner or area rug that sits in the middle of a room.. Sarah. Baltimore, MD. Thu Sep 24 2026

Very heavy and well made! I love it! Colors are muted.. Marie. Colgate, WI. Tue Oct 06 2020

So cute and feels quality, just takes some time to lay the edges flat.. Paige. Saint Clair Shores, MI. Sat Oct 03 2026

This is a hand tufted wool area rug with a multicolored contemporary swirl design. Hand tufted means wool yarn is punched through a backing by hand with a tufting tool, then secured with a latex backing, which gives a dense, even pile at a lower price than hand knotted. The wool pile is about 1/2 inch. Sizes in this listing: 4' x 6', 5' x 8', 7'9" x 9'9", 8'9" x 11'9", 9'6" x 13'6", 12' x 15', and 4', 6' and 7'9" rounds. The circular swirl pattern reads well from above, so it works as a focal point in a living room, under a round dining table, or in a kids' room. Made in India. Care: vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills right away, and use a rug pad. Some shedding is normal in the first weeks of a new wool rug.

Beautiful, bright colors. Claudette. Racine, WI. Mon Jun 01 2026

With its bright color and layered geometric shapes, this area rug brings classic style to your space. A repeating medallion design with intricate scrolling details delivers a botanical feel with floral accents in blue and yellow hues. Handmade from 100% wool, this rug is crafted with a tufted design and a cotton backing. We love that this rug has a medium 0.5'' pile that's just right for cushioning your feet and warming your floors in low-traffic spaces. We recommend pairing this rug with a rug pad to keep it from shifting.
