Simply draw the knife through each slot a few times to achieve a razor-sharp edge. Stage 1 begins the sharpening process with a Sapphirite coarse-grinding wheel to create the proper angle. Just wanted to say first off , it my first time ever using a device like this . there was trouble with shipping being delayed. It has no instructions to put together or how to use it and I kinda wish it had an option for left-handed. I’m struggling to take the blade off to wash it. I believe there’s a safety mechanism because it gets stuck lock up when I go slide it back it’s caught But other than that, it works good. I really enjoy the amount I saved in grocery bill. It’s a learning process.. E00. Wed Jun 24 2026
