I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. This chair is absolute perfection! I had it in grey a few years ago with my first babe and knew I wanted to get it again. We’ve changed our color scheme and I’m so happy to find they had a warm toned nursery chair here. This time I bought it brand new and in beige from wayfair. It arrived quickly and was super easy to put together! This chair is on the more structured sit and on the firmer side and I knew that. I never put my feet up while nursing so I didn’t want a recliner. And it rocks and turns seamlessly. It’s a heavy duty nursery chair that will last us through having many more children. Love the chair. I chose to build it on my own because I usually do a good job. The instructions had one falicy in that I had trouble deciding at the start, the front from the back. I did a great job, only backwards. Taking everything apart took tremendous time, but I did achieve my goal. Seems like the manufactures spend more time showing what is in the package than writing good instructions on how to do the job. I take full responsibility, but wish for better instructions. Still love the chair.. Donna. Cold Spring, KY. Wed Jan 14 2026
