I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. This computer chair is so comfortable and it tilt back and has a retractable footrest. The color I got was grey but it looks a little more like light taupe. This is an attractive, comfortable and very versatile office chair. It's height is adjustable. The back's angle of incline can be changed and locked in place to suit users' needs. The footrest slides out for use or flips and slides back under for storage when not needed. It wheels from place to place easily. I'd like it even more if the armrests could be folded down when not needed, but overall all that's minor. I love this chair! The sale price was fantastic too. The chair was not difficult to assemble; it just took time and attention to detail and the written directions and their diagrams. One thing customers need to know however...parts J and Q are NOT in a hardware bag or package, and they are NOT missing. They are bolts screwed into the bottom of the chair's seat and the bottom of the foot rest. They're housed there near where they'll be used during assembling. These bolts need to be taken out of their "hiding in plain sight" places to use. A note about where to find them should be added to the assembling directions.
