Liked this so much I bought 3 (1 for each bathroom)! They look so nice and were easy to install. I ended up installing them bulb up and they look very classy and are plenty bright. Install was pretty easy except the directions weren't very clear about how to wire to the ground screw. I ended up connecting the ground wire from the unit to the bundle in the wall, and then added a pigtail from the wall bundle and connected that to the ground screw on the mounting bracket. This light is gorgeous! It’s also delicate. The glass is beveled glass bars tacked onto the top and bottom rim of the fixture with decorative metal nails. Two of the glass bars were broken where they were attached. We were able to use clear silicone to fix them and avoid sending it back. It was completely protected in styrofoam and bubble wrap so I’m not sure how it broke. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. Again - it’s gorgeous! Beautiful kitchen light! I bought this light to go above my kitchen sink and window, and I absolutely love it. The glass shades are beautiful and have so much detail, and the bronze finish gives it a warm, rustic look without looking too farmhouse. I can't tell you how much we LOVE this light fixture. It's well-designed, well-crafted, packaged... everything! And even tho it's black & brass, the brass is not harsh or gaudy.
