Before I say anything about this fan let me tell you to get a 4” junction box and not the standard 3.5” in most homes. Just save yourself the time and get ahead of that! The fan was easy to put up. After doing it I would only change one thing. I would take out the screws for the blades before getting the fan 15 feet up in the air. You’ll save your shoulders from the burn! The fan pushed a good amount of air and is super quiet! I also appreciate all of the extra parts for multiple installation scenarios. Outdoor/Garage/Tool Room ceiling fan

The fan works great & the light is a cool added touch! It can get pretty bright, enough to light up the whole 14 x 20 gazebo we have it under. Thinking about taking down the string lights we also have under the gazebo, since the fanlight is so bright & adjustable. May have to get another fan just to move the air around a little better. Fan works well and was easy to assemble (took approximately 40 minutes for assembly with install without instructions). The remote it comes with has better functionality and responsiveness than most of the other fans I’ve installed, and can be wall mounted anywhere you like. Setup is perfect for any single switch with 2-wire, so you don’t need an additional switch to operate fanlight separately (Just don’t lose the remote). Light kit does not come with bulbs.
