This came in a bunch of pieces but is very sturdy. Hardest part was getting it all out of the box. Exactly what I wanted and a high enough headboard-where you can see the metal still poking out with all my decor pillows. Even with a thick platform bed and mattress! Very sturdy and doesn’t creak! Wayfair had the best price on this beauty, and I’m able to pay it out! Thanks!. Dawn Gardenhire . Oklahoma. Wed Jul 01 2026

Easy to put together and even easier to love, this bed frame is an investment in your home's comfort and beauty.

This bed is very solid and sturdy! The assembly was easy but time consuming as I put it together myself. It took a few hours. My only complaint is there was a small bubble of paint on one of the finials that flaked off leaving the metal underneath exposed. It had a bit of rust on it. Some touch up paint should solve the problem. This bed is beautiful and I’m very happy with it!. Lorraine. Maine. Mon Sep 28 2026

Six replacement chairs were received. Four of those chairs are damaged as well. The packaging appears to be the issue. The hardware is placed inside the cushions of the chair, and through shipping, is causing damage to the cushions. I will attach the pictures again. I reported this yesterday.. Sherrie. The open slat design helps keep pillows in place while adding visual interest. Designed to mount directly to a standard bed frame, it offers a seamless, secure fit. Very happy with this! It finished off the room nicely. Great quality for the price. Karen. Manasquan, NJ. Sat Jun 27 2026

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Fri May 15 2026

This platform bed captures the elegance of antique Victorian brass beds with a modern twist. Wonderful change to my bedroom decor.. Lori. Friendswood, TX. Fri Aug 21 2026

Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. The design features an elegant slatted headboard showcasing vintage-inspired turns details and a softly arching top, paired with a matching footboard to complete the look. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Fri Sep 11 2026

It even came with its own Allen wrench, so there was no need to go out and buy any additional tools. They also included a spare screw for each set of screws, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, I’m very happy with this bed frame. Fantastic price and very good quality, lightweight, super easy to put together (im terrible at that and only took me 10 minutes)... i didnt use the brackets or attach to my frame but wedged behind the bed (so no tools or assembly needed) and used some foamy double side tape behind it to keep it from moving and banging against the wall and its working perfectly. With 3500 LBS weight capacity and no box spring needed, it's a cost-effective and durable choice for bedrooms, guest rooms, and vacation rentals.

Me and my husband put the bed together and we got it done in about an hour. Once together we realized that we needed a little more support for our foam mattress because the metal slats were not wide and had to much space between them to give good support. We just put the cardboard the frame came in on top of the frame and it worked great. The frame is very sturdy and i needed that support being over 200 lbs. It has plenty of space underneath for storage. It’s a great buy for the price.. Carolyn. US. Fri Aug 28 2026
