Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. This is a very high quality, heavy duty flood light. I haven't had a chance to install it and see its true brightness yet, but it looks like it will be very easy to swap out where my previous flood light hung.
