Frieling Cool Steel Lid

The concave shape and the knob of the lids of the Edo pans remind the observer of a beret sitting on a work surface: A nod to Patricia Urquiola's Basque origins. Thanks to this unique shape, the lid can accommodate a spoon or a ladle to mix food during cooking.

I used this as a cover to help keep food warm.. Freakystella. Mesa, Az, United States. Thu Jan 25 2018

This large melting dome gives you targeted melting ability. Don't waste time waiting for your cheese to melt, grab a melting dome and get grilling! The structure of the melting dome allows heat to concentrate under the dome and cook your food more evenly. You will also get a wonderful smoker flavor as the melting dome will trap the flavors trying to escape your meal and circulate them back around, adding to that great grilled food taste. We love our Bodum French Press. We have one for each of us. The 17oz size is perfect for the person who only wants 2 cups of coffee. The design is modern and so beautiful! I make sure to hand dry the stainless steel press so it always looks shiny. We usually wrap our presses with a clean dish cloth so it stays warm even longer. We use two tablespoons ( included is a plastic spoon) of courser ground coffee so grounds do not sift through the mesh plunger. Set your timer for 4 minutes and then push down gently on the plunger. Don’t forget to line up the little ‘arrow’ on the lid with spout. Voila!. Jasmin. Bonita Springs, FL. Wed Oct 19 2022

I purchased the Mepra Non-Stick Frying Pan (MEP1300) from Wayfair a few months ago and Love it. The only problem was it did NOT come with a lid. THIS is the matching lid for that pan. It make the frying pan even better to use and keeps foods warm and cook beautifully. It is beautifully made and cleans easily with no water stains. Be careful when ordering, the sizing under Specifications is confusing. I'm happy to have the lid.. Max. Westport, CT. Wed Jan 22 2020
