We have not used this three-piece nonstick frying pan set yet. My husband is the cook in the family and said that this will work great for the stove. I like the wood handles and the sturdiness of the pans. They are Teflon, but the coding is different than it used to be so they should not be scraping. It’s casting aluminum cookware.
