I have never been a big fan of ordering large appliances online because of the possibility of damage. However the manufacturer went above and beyond with the packaging on this unit. When it comes to wine storage, consistent temperature is everything. So far the temperature holds steady right at the set degree without it fluctuating much. This unit will hold 51 bottles of wine with its 6 wooden shelves that are also removable to accommodate larger bottles if needed. An added bonus is the led blue light that turns on when the door is open and turns off when shut. You also have the option to have it on all the time. Overall for the price it seems to be a winner.. This 7 cu.ft. freestanding wine cooler provides reliable temperature control for up to 80 standard wine bottles. Designed with a black cold rolled steel body and silver stainless steel door, it features a single temperature zone and 12 tiers of smooth wood shelves. Powered by 15V 90W, it offers quiet, stable cooling to preserve wine flavor and quality, ideal for home, kitchen, dining room and wine collection display.

Great wine refrigerator so far. If the shelves were a tiny bit farther apart, I could get more wine bottles in, especially the Pinot Noir and sparkling wines. The motor is a bit noisier than I expected, but not unpleasant. Also, the top and sides of the unit get a bit warm. However, the temperature I've set is maintained consistently. The unit looks sleek and modern. It fits nicely into a corner of my dinette area.. Joanne. Lincoln, CA. Mon Aug 10 2026

The Allavino KWR248S-1BGL Wine Refrigerator with Display Shelving is a stylish freestanding unit that can hold up to 248 bottles. The KWR248S-1BGL features touch panel digital controls with a bright LED temperature and humidity display. The wide temperature range allows you to set it low enough to store white wine at serving temperature, or high enough for long term storage of red wine, depending on the needs of your collection. The external temperature display lets you view the set temperature and humidity level without having to open the door and disturb your wine. Each of the 8 hardwood shelves can support the weight of up to 30 regular size bottles stored flat, or be converted into display shelves to show off your favorite bottles. The racks can be removed or adjusted to accommodate larger bottles, so you are not limited in the types of bottles you can store. Two drawers at the bottom of the wine refrigerator allow for additional storage. Seamless black glass frame doors showcase an elegant and clean profile while also resisting visible fingerprints, and tinted LowE glass protects your wine from the harmful effects of UV light. Cool blue light beautifully illuminates the interior, making finding the perfect bottle fast and easy. The lights emit much less heat than an incandescent bulb which means they can be left on to showcase your collection without creating a harmful hot spot that could affect your wine bottles. The brightness level can be adjusted in 20% increments.

This piece of furniture is a collectors dream. It is the sturdiest piece and by far the nicest display case that we have ever owned. It was not the easiest to put together and it will take 2 people but as long as you follow directions and take it slow, you will be ok. This is over 6ft tall and the shelves and sliding door are so sophisticated. I love that it also has lights so you are able to really show off whatever you are placing inside.. Monica. Put the spotlight - literally - on your favorite vintages with a modern bar cabinet. The glass cabinet is crystal clear with built-in LED lighting, offering bright, open flair in your dining room or home lounge. The cabinet features two glass doors with chrome hardware, offering a matching look to interior shelving. Shelves hold up to 18 of your favorite bottles of wine, showing them off to their best effect. The LED light is operated with a touch switch, making it simple and easy to highlight prized vintages.

It’s beautiful and looks as pictured. I took off one star because they should have labeled the glass, but I was prepared based on other reviews so I easily figured out the back glass from the front. Also the metal sticker that covers the screws on the front of the glass (the sticky part of it) kept falling off so I had to use command strips to make it stay. I’m a woman and I put it together and it’s sturdy. I did have to get my adult daughter to help me lift it a couple of times as it’s heavy. My bf told me to wait until he came home from work travel to put it together, but I was impatient and excited, lol. I’m pretty good at figuring stuff out and putting stuff together (I take a part and put computers together), but let’s just say next time for something like this I’m waiting for him because it was heavy, hahaha. So far, pretty happy with my wine cooler. It is very quiet when refrigeration turns on. Only negative at this point is the cramped spacing when you have two layers of bottles on one shelf…which is necessary to be able to load 90 bottles. So cramped, that when you pull the drawer out, the drawer above pulls out as well.. Carole. Pleasant Hill, CA. Thu Aug 20 2026
