Really great value for the price. I like that the base is metal and the gray/white color is pleasing. The only thing that I really don't like is the arm rests are not adjustable. Otherwise a very comfortable chair that can be used for daily computer work. Also, I find the seat material a bit scratchy on bare skin so I put a nice cashmere blanket over the seat cushion.. Lca. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY. First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
