This stand seems very sturdy! The open back and moveable interior shelf are nice for keeping cords hidden and things organized. It's not real wood and doesn't look as such but it does look better than typical aquarium stands and looks more like regular furniture. I gave it 4 stars since it is nice but adding the hinges and getting the doors to match height is challenging. The doors are also slightly different sizes.. Anonymous. Midland, TX. Mon Aug 31 2026

This 2-tier small animal cage with a stylish New Zealand wood finish is perfect for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and squirrels. It features a sturdy metal frame, double-door design for easy access and cleaning, and a top enclosed locker to store pet supplies securely. Metal ramps offer non-slip, durable access between levels, while slide-out trays simplify daily care. Four 360° universal wheels (2 with locks) allow easy transport and secure placement. The embedded hammock buckle adds extra comfort, and the elegant round locks ensure safety. A spacious, functional home that blends seamlessly with your home decor while meeting your small pet’s needs.

We bought this for two rats and it's very spacious and pretty much perfect for them. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. The doors seem a bit cheap and flimsy. Not that a rat can breakout of them, but they don't align perfectly and there is a bit of "flex". Doesn't have any impact on our use case, but worth noting. The storage on the bottom is handy for extras, the wheels are nice for pulling the cage out and vacuuming under it and behind it. The look is very nice and it's not your average rodent cage. The only thing that I would add for future iterations of this cage is more hooks to the top for toys. On the top level there are 4 hooks for the hammock it comes with and nothing else, so you have to add your own and do something else. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with our purchase.. Kara. IN. Thoughtfully designed for guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, and other small animals, this enclosure combines comfort, visibility, and functionality in a modern wooden structure that blends seamlessly into any home interior. Featuring a durable natural wood frame and reinforced wire mesh panels, this cage ensures excellent airflow while maintaining a secure and predator-proof environment. The multi-level interior design provides separate activity zones for resting, feeding, and exploring, helping to promote healthier and more active pets. A convenient top-opening roof allows easy access for cleaning and interaction, while the side door offers additional entry for feeding and daily maintenance. The detachable table-leg design provides flexible placement options—use it as a raised habitat to improve visibility and hygiene or remove the legs for floor-level use.

This cage was a great deal for how much space it has (we got it for a hamster). There are some modifications we had to make while building it, though. If you look at the picture, the little side door (there is only one) opens to the main living area, which you can already reach through the top door. We decided that it would be much more useful on the other side, where it would open into the little "private room" so we swapped the two side panels. However, we lost the little rim that hold the "roof" on the private area (it just sits in there securely, it is not screwed in for accessibility to the animal I would guess), so we nailed in two smalls scrap strips of wood to hold the roof level. The pull-out tray was also gaping a little bit on one side and it made me nervous, so again we used two scraps of wood and nailed them under the tray to hold it up a little higher. None of these modifications were time consuming, but they made the cage much more usable for us. Having the side door open to the "private room" has made all the difference in being able to reach our hamster. You would otherwise have to reach your arm through the doorway blindly or take the "roof" off (and everything sitting up there) to reach in there. The "private room is very spacious for a little critter. We have two different hides in there with room to spare. I will also note that the side panels have a pre-drilled hole on the side panels themselves, but there are NOT corresponding drill holes in the front and back panels. The instructions say to just screw the screw in, but we immediately felt the wood splitting, so we stopped and used a small drill bit to pre-drill our holes. I also did the same thing for installing the hinges. In all, I could not have found a more spacious hamster habitat at this pricepoint (after my text 10% off it came to only $61!) It is also attractive enough to have in the main living area. It feels sturdy and we are very pleased. If you are willing to make a few minor modifications while building, it becomes even better. The ramp is pictured with more “crossbars” than it actually has, so I will either need to add more or maybe some carpet to help my hamster get up and down. We are also planning on putting some sort of edge on the upper level to make it safer so our hamster doesn’t accidentally fall off. I am including pictures of some of the modifications we made (tiny pieces of wood held by one small nail each, two to lift the tray up a little and two to hold the "roof" in place over the private area, one of which also stops the side door from swinging inward). Update: we have added carpet and a railing for accessibility/safety on the upper level. The carpet pieces are all just laid in place (not attached) so they can be removed for cleaning. The railing is just a spare piece of wood attached with two small nails on the bottom edge. Updated pictures attached.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

This is a great addition for small critters. I considered it for newborn kittens that I foster. Having a divider for compartments is nice, and it looks more discreet, like furniture rather than simply a cage. It looks like the picture. A bit bulky, so be sure to measure out the space and ensure that the measurements will be the size and area that you need it to be but it’s great for the intended purpose. Also took maybe 20-30 minutes to assemble.. Monique. Wake Forest, NC. Thu Oct 09 2025

This enclosure was very simple to build. It’s sturdy and lightweight. My favorite thing about it is that it keeps the heat regulated even with my heating lamp off. My only con is that the bottom of the enclosure is wood, so it can get damaged within time. My bearded dragon is happy and comfortable overall.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 21 2026
