Three our of four of the chairs were great. One was dimpled and defective. They couldn't give me parts to fix the chair and didn't offer me a new chair. They gave me 15% off but could have done better since I am left with a defective chair. I wanted a good quality chair, not a defective chair at a discounted price. Margie. Jupiter, FL. I absolutely love these chairs. They are just what I wanted. Comfortable, beautiful, elegant, soft, sturdy. The legs are ashy in color.
