The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

These pieces arrived very fast and were easy to assemble. They are good quality for this price point. The only complaint was the arm of the seats were stuffed under the frame in such a way that two of them were damaged . The faux leather is wrinkled and the foam is depressed on the ends of the loveseat arm cushions. It did look better the second day but not 100%. Overall we are very happy with the purchase. The reclining mechanisms are completely silent and we love having charging ports on both ends of each piece.. Lisa. Lawrenceville, GA. Sat Nov 07 2026

LOVE MY NEW COUCHES!!! ️ I’m absolutely in love with my new couches! The only con I would say is that the recliner doesn’t rock, and I really wish it did! But that’s okay because it has a massage feature, which I LOVE! **A few things to keep in mind:** Your couches may arrive in separate shipments, so don’t expect all the boxes at once. However, shipping was super quick! Assembly was SO EASY! My kid was actually the one who brought in all the boxes and put the couches together. That’s how simple it was! Also, I have a dog who sheds A LOT! He’s not allowed on the couches, but of course, I’ve already caught him sneaking onto them a couple of times! The good news is that his fur comes right off and doesn’t stick to the fabric, which was a HUGE deal for me when shopping for couches! Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and definitely recommend them! Make my review more conciseAdd a stronger recommendation. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026
