I really do like these glasses, but I wish they had a larger capacity. When using ice, you can't fit much liquid and have to get up often to refill. Also, I have noticed liquid doesn't stay as cold as say a Mason jar, which is what we used previously. Obviously there is a transference of heat from hand to glass, but again, wasn't an issue with a previous product made with a different grade of glass. I've gotten many compliments on these very affordable and stylish glasses. They are dishwasher safe (top rack). We use these and run them through the dishwasher often without any issues whatsoever. The color and details were exactly what I was expecting. Although in my pictures the color looks cooler, the green actually appears warm (less blue) in person.. Kristina. Chicago, IL. Made in France, the pieces are fired at very high temperatures producing an exceptional quality glass that is crystal clear sturdy and durable. A pressure seam is sometimes visible, which is the mark left by opening the mold in which the glass is pressed. It is a characteristic of traditional pressed machine glass.

These French pressed glass goblets are elegant and sturdy enough for everyday use. The pressed pattern is two sided: a flower- embellished heart on one side, flowers and vines on the other. The side seams are unobtrusive, and part of the charm of this type of glass. The goblet is large enough to hold a generous pour. They go through the dishwasher well. The set of six glasses are packed in LaRochere boxes with cardboard dividers. That box was shipped in a larger well-cushioned crate. One of my goblets arrived with a crack in it.
