This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. And when we turn on the shower - same thing. So keep in mind the location of your toilet and if that will bother you or not. But we love ours!!!. Rosie. Thu Aug 13 2026

The combination of the Premist® and the Cefiontect® minimizes the frequency of cleaning which helps reduce the amount of chemicals required to clean the toilet. The heated seat has five seat-warming temperature settings that are especially useful during the cold of winter. An automatic air deodorizer activates to hide unpleasantries to create a more enjoyable experience. You are in total control as you select a front-to-cleanse, soft rear cleanse, rear cleanse, oscillating cleanse and pulsating cleanse and customize the warmth and volume of the spray. You may also decide to select one of the two user memory settings to instantly dial in your preferences. The warm air dryer function has five temperature settings that can be used to reduce the moisture left behind after the cleaning process. The automatic flush will begin as soon as you rise with the powerful flushing 1G Tornado Flush® system, to whisk away all evidence. The automatic Ewater+ cleansing system mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. As the lid automatically closes, you can marvel at the beauty and technology behind the Neorest®.

Have yet to install this in our new construction…but after a reasonable amount of research I decided upon this model for a few different reasons - and I really hope to convert my husband to using it! Since using a simple bidet wand attachment at our old house, I knew that if I ever had the chance to do a bathroom from scratch I would seriously consider a proper bidet toilet. So here I am! I’ve hated using toilet paper ever since. I was using little washcloths for drying after using the wand, so it’ll be wonderful to have a built in dryer with this!. Catharine. Mon Oct 19 2026

This intelligent toilet features a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for additional plumbing configurations. Equipped with powerful UV sterilization technology, it ensures a cleaner and healthier environment by keeping the nozzle and bowl sanitized after every use.

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. The mounting brackets were not sufficient. Now that I am using it, there is occasionally a glitch where it freezes up. Unplugging it fixes the glitch, but overall I love it.. Penny. Arlington, TX.
