It gives a wonderful glow to the front room. The shade is glass and the material is metal. We love the nightlight though it has also. It is just the right amount of light to be relaxing and to make the room feel cozy. This lamp provides bright ambient lighting for large living spaces. A high/low rotary socket switch is located on the socket. Note: Wade Logan® bulb recommendations: use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (do not use: 3-way bulbs or CFLs).

Perdita 71” Torchiere in gold. In all seriousness I’ve been searching for this torchiere for 5 years. It’s a dupe of a very high end lamp (think multiple four digits). The finish is a brushed, light version This is extremely well done and the sale price is laughable for the quality. Note that the two bulbs do not operate independently, they work together and have two settings, low and high.. Courtney. IL. Mon Aug 24 2026

This is such a pretty and well made lamp. It came boxed up really well, and it is nice and heavy and sturdy. The quality is much better than I even expected. The clear glass is actually glass and not plexiglass and the shade is also really nice quality. It accommodates up to 150 watts (3 way bulb) so it would be great for mood lighting in a living room, which is where I will be using it. I am happy with this lamp and think it is well made. It only took about 5 min to assemble. I didn't like dealing with the styrofoam, but I guess that is how they keep it from breaking.. Tracey. Farmington Hills, MI. Mon Aug 03 2026

It also has dimming as well which works great. So I really like this lamp first of all. It is the perfect height for my son. Its gold finish gives it a nice classic look to it. I loved that it has a step on and off peddle no need to reach to turn it on. I was trying to make my son a small little readingdrawing nook area to do what he enjoys the most. I was just not expecting that the top was glass and I accidentally broke one of the pieces so instead of 3 glass rings it has 2 in the picture. I included a picture of what it was supposed to look like if I didn’t break it. I do recommend it but be mindful it’s glass.. Yecika. North Plainfield, NJ. Sun Jun 21 2026
