The Gourmet d'Expert® Electric Skillet is a multi-functional electric skillet with two cooking plates; a deep pan for soup-type foods like sukiyaki and fondue, and a flat plate for grilling. It also includes a steaming plate for steaming foods.

The heat is steady, well-known Japanese brand for the quality and durability. Quite heavy and took a decent space for storage.. An. Houston, TX. Wed Jun 03 2026

Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5. I'll get used to to it. Manual and the underside of induction plate recommends one hour use and two hrs of rest. Doesn't sound like a long usage time. . Robert. Niagara Falls, ON. Tue Sep 29 2020

Item has been backordered so I just received while on vacation; therefore, I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Appears to be well constructed, has good weight to it for cooking, and stylish design. I thought it had a lid (had looked at several before buying), but due to size can improvise with a lid from my cookware. As another reviewer mentioned, it did not come with instructions as to whether it requires being seasoned or how to do so. Will update once we actually prepare a meal.. Borncajun. Crestwood, KY.
