I like the light colored wood. Figuring out the pattern was a bit tricky. Things went well until the last couple of squares. The pattern was off and the tabs had a straight edge rather than rounded so they did not go together as nicely as the other packages. I need to order a few more packages and I am hoping the ones that are not a perfect fit can be hidden under a chair or couch. We’ll see how they hold up to sun the rest of summer. They do have that “made in China smell” but I’m sure that will dissipate quickly since they are outside. I love the fact that the edges are removable so you can rearrange your workout space according to your specific workout/ workout area. The packaging was sealed tight, they’re nice and clean. The material is a solid foam, I would say they’re the perfect combo of soft and firm. The material is great because I love to wipe down / clean my area after working out. I could use a Clorox wipe on this material no problem. Even a damp cloth. They come in 4 packs of 6. And they cover a massive space. Just one pack is more than enough for one person to workout on. These are perfect for my garage gym. Years ago I bought some one inch thick rubber gym flooring for my garage gym to sit under my power rack but it’s gotten expensive and the mats are so large I can’t fit them in the small spaces of my garage to expand my gym. These are perfect addition to expand my garage gym. When stacked on top of each other they are the same thickness as the other mats I have. I love that that interlock together so they won’t move. I was pleasantly surprised with how many come in a pack! I have more than enough to add more exercise equipment. The ends even have a small thin piece that makes them squared off so it doesn’t have a jagged puzzle piece edge. If you are looking for gym flooring, look no further- this is it.
