This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. I’ve been really happy with this office chair. I put it in my office and right away I noticed how solid and premium it feels. It has that bigger executive chair look, and the black upholstery gives it a clean, professional appearance that fits really well with the rest of my office. The chair feels very sturdy and well made. The heavy duty metal base gives it a solid foundation, and it definitely does not feel cheap or flimsy. The seat is nice and wide, which gives you plenty of room to sit comfortably, and the high back provides good support when you are sitting for longer periods of time. One of my favorite features is the adjustable lumbar support. I spend a good amount of time sitting at my desk, so being able to adjust the lower back support really helps with comfort. I also like the 3D flip up armrests. They feel comfortable when I want to use them, but I can also move them out of the way when I want to sit closer to the desk or just have a little more space. The height adjustment works well too. The seat can be adjusted from about 20 to 23 inches from the floor, so there is a good amount of range to find a comfortable position depending on your desk setup. The wheels also roll smoothly around my office, and the chair feels stable when turning or moving around. I really like the cushioning and the larger design. It feels like a chair that was made for comfort, not just looks. At the same time, it has a more expensive appearance than a lot of standard office chairs. It really helped make my office feel more complete and gave the space a nicer executive style. Assembly was required took me about 10min, but once everything was put together, the chair felt very solid and secure. The upholstery, padding, base, armrests, and lumbar support all feel like good quality materials. Nothing about it gives me the impression that corners were cut. For the comfort, size, adjustability, and quality, I think this is a really nice office chair. I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. I was surprised at how nice this chair is. The padding on the seat as well as the back has thick padding. It makes it so very comfortable. It was easy to put together. Only took one person to put together. The arms of the chair lift up. It has a pump to control the lumbar support on the back part of the seat. The high back gives head support. I’m very impressed with this office chair! The lumbar support and adjustable armrests provide great support, and the chair has a sturdy, high quality feel. The design looks professional and stylish, and it fits nicely in my office space. I also love how roomy and comfortable the seat is. The one major drawback is that the chair only reclines when the footrestleg rest is pulled out. I would prefer to be able to recline without having to use the footrest, so that is definitely something to consider before purchasing.
