I ordered this toy box in the green color. It’s more of a sage green, and not as vibrant as the green advertised. In some lighting, it even looks gray. At first, I thought I had been sent the wrong color. Customer service was very responsive and helpful, and sent another to correct the color issue, however the new box is the exact same color. The box was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. It holds a decent amount of toys for the size! It had a weird, slightly unpleasant smell for the first week or so but it seems to have disappeared!. Excellent purchase, just what I wanted. The key is to measure the items you want to put into it before you make the purchase. In this case I did and I got right where I wanted to be size-wise. The box arrived at 36 pounds but the box itself was substantial. The items is not flimsy and most of the installation involved snapping five pieces together. That was a bit tricky and I found that a rubber mallet helped do the job, I’m 68 and in above average shape. I split the installation into parts. The hydraulic lid is a nice feature. I’m very pleased.. Clipper. Chevy Chase, MD. Wed Oct 14 2026
