As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. Everything from the fabric and housing quality to the ease of installation make this a great choice. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. I am obsessed with my new curtains. I was looking for large panel curtains that had a pinch pleat and were machine washable. While these aren't blackout curtains, they look lovely. One thing is that the color pulls kind of pink, but it really depends on the lighting. I will be adding a blackout liner as well. I was happy to find these shades for our patio. Hadn't had much luck except to order custom made at three times the price! I wish these were offered in shorter lengths....96 x 96 is 3 feet longer than the openings on my patio, but we can unroll them to the floor at almost 8 feet, or just leave them at the top of our brick wall and have extra fabric on the roll. Panel width is the finished width between the first pleat to the last. At least 2X of fabric width are used to make pleats and folds, which are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more elegant and aesthetic look.

This picture does not give these curtains the justice they deserve. The curtains were absolutely beautiful in person.
