I got to say I’m not hatting it. Now don’t get me wrong I would not have bought a 2k toilet or anything outrages but for the price this was pretty good. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from. Jayne. IN. Tue Jun 30 2026

This intelligent toilet features a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for additional plumbing configurations. Equipped with powerful UV sterilization technology, it ensures a cleaner and healthier environment by keeping the nozzle and bowl sanitized after every use.

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. The mounting brackets were not sufficient. Now that I am using it, there is occasionally a glitch where it freezes up. Unplugging it fixes the glitch, but overall I love it.. Penny. Arlington, TX. This toilet basically makes my old toilet look like it belongs in the Stone Age. The automatic lid opening and closing is a great touch, and the heated seat, warm-air dryer, and dual-flush system take the whole bathroom experience up several notches. I also really like the comfort height—it’s much easier to sit down and stand back up without doing a squat workout every time. The built-in digital display gives it a surprisingly high-tech feel, while the tankless design keeps the look clean and modern. The automatic flushing works well, and the 1.28 GPF rating is a nice bonus for keeping water usage reasonable. Honestly, once you get used to a toilet that opens the lid for you, keeps your backside warm, and handles the cleanup duties, going back to a basic toilet feels like a serious downgrade. This is less “bathroom fixture” and more “personal throne.”. Kurt. Peoria, AZ. Mon Oct 05 2026

Very nice hot water heater. The box came damaged, but they did such a good job of packaging it the water heater didn't have a scratch on it. I installed it, filled it up and no leaks. I had hot water in 30 minutes.. Batch81. Callahan Florida. Thu Aug 22 2024

Automatic flush-on-leave technology eliminate the need to touch surfaces. Control flushing with the intuitive remote or side buttons: choose between powerful full flush or water-saving half flush, saving up to 30% water without sacrificing performance.

The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. Also the ahutoff valve only need to be opened half way to reduce the flushing pressure.shut off valve. Alexander. Dix Hills, NY. Mon Aug 31 2026

Shopped around for a replacement water heater. A lot of brands I'd not heard of. I was also surprised that many had warranties for 2-5 years. After researching and trying to find a better brand with greater longevity, I learned that Wayfair sold water heaters and they carried GE. I found the GE model I was looking with a 12 year warranty and ordered it. Excellent communication, reasonable shipping time frame (our old water heater was still limping along, so we were ok to wait but I ordered on the 15th and it arrived by the 22nd!) and shipping was free. We were able to remove the old water heater and install the new one without much trouble. I've ordered furniture and other household items in the past and have always been pleased.. Anonymous.
