Box was intact and very heavy. Need two people to move. All parts were accounted for and located in a box inside. Many parts, so laying out and organizing will help. Directions are a little sketchy. No video qr to help either. Was able to assemble by myself. It did however take quite a bit of time due to quantity of drawers and directions. Nice quality, not higher end.
