The chair seems nice so far. The instructions are easy enough. The actual sitting pieces - the armrests, the padding, the leather, etc. - all seem high quality. The mechanisms to raiselowerrecline do not, though. The knob to recline came off on my first use. I was able to put it back on but it will happen again. You also only have one recline position - it’s either locked to where you cannot recline or it’s not. You cannot set it to different recline angles like many high-end chairs.. Richard. Really great value for the price. I like that the base is metal and the gray/white color is pleasing. The only thing that I really don't like is the arm rests are not adjustable. Otherwise a very comfortable chair that can be used for daily computer work. Also, I find the seat material a bit scratchy on bare skin so I put a nice cashmere blanket over the seat cushion.. Lca. First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
