There are some interesting plastic “pins” that hold the light board fixed. All but 2 of these had broken off and in pieces inside the item. A bit of glue fixed this, but there is some concern it will not age well. Installation a breeze - if you have patience to position it. It did take me a bit to get it installed since there were some adjustments to be made to get it flush with the mount and ceiling. I’d say this light takes a little more time than a typical fixture in terms of installation. The directions weren’t super clear on portions of the install, but it was pretty intuitive to install.
