I purchased this Wade Logan sofa for approximately $3,000 and expected a piece of furniture at this price point to be repairable if something eventually failed. Unfortunately, once the one-year warranty expired, Wayfair essentially washed its hands of the product. I contacted Wayfair because I am willing to PAY for the replacement parts needed to repair the sofa. I am not asking for free parts or warranty coverage. Wayfair told me they cannot provide replacement parts because too much time has passed since delivery. When I asked for the manufacturer’s contact information so I could purchase the parts directly, I was told they are not authorized to provide it for “privacy and security reasons.” This is particularly frustrating because Wade Logan is a Wayfair-owned brand. I asked Wayfair either to provide a way to purchase the parts or contact the actual manufacturer/supplier on my behalf. Consumers should know that once the warranty expires, there may be no practical way to obtain replacement parts or even contact the company that actually manufactured the furniture. I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! We bought two of these loveseats and are very happy with them. We have had them almost a month. They were packed very well and easy to assemble. It’s good that they come in separate boxes because they are heavy. They are wide, you could fit 3 people on the two seats. The color that we got is beige. It borders on a cream color, but it definitely has a beige tone. They are comfortable and recline back pretty far. The reclining feature works well. Long power cable.
