This couch is really firm. A little too firm for my liking, and it definitely needs more cushion for back support. It was easy to set up, and one person can easily do it on their own with some determination. The throw pillows it came with are flatter than a pancake so that’s a little annoying. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. I purchased a 3 inch topper to put on top when using it as a guest bed. I don’t think it would be comfortable enough without the topper. For the price point it’s adequate. No real complaints..
