I DO recommend the desk as long as you can accept the "CONS" I list. CONS; 1. IMPORTANT, The ledge is not wide enough to safely/securely place the stand of larger monitors. Unless you use a monitor arm I would not recommend this desk if you use anything above a 24" external monitor. 2. The 20" depth might be just a little too short if you are using a laptop with the lid open and an external monitor placed on the desk or ledge. 3. LEDs are not nearly as bright as pictures show. SO-SO The soft side drawers work but not something to brag about. I expected this so wasn't surprised. PROs I'm impressed at how sturdy it is for a light weight desk. Assembly was fairly straight forward as were the instructions that are pretty well written. Everything fit together well and assembly took less than 2 hours with two people. Finals thoughts. If you are using an external monitor I would suggest you consider NOT installing the ledge and use a monitor arm to get the most useable desk space. I did keep the ledge but might remove it later.. I would have loved it had it come with all the cabinet pulls. But the bottom left cabinet is missing the pull and very hard to open, so basically can’t use half of my desk. I can’t find a pull to match and im not buying all new pulls. I’ve written numerous emails asking them to please send me 1 pull! They have promised 3 times it has been shipped and NOTHING showed up. I liked Wayfare and have bought several thing I like, but it is clear the company is not following through. Very disappointed!! I would have loved my new desk with 1 more pull. I received the desk May 15th, I finally received my 1 handle I was missing several days after posting this review. I would change the review from 2 star to a 4 star. I just couldn’t do the 5 because of how much trouble it took to get the handle and how long it took. May 15 to August 2nd. (After Numerous requests to please send it). Not one scratch. Also, first time assembling where the screw actually fits perfectly! That has always been a struggle with other furnitures I purchases in the past. It came with an actual screw so that was really helpful as well. Very easy to assemble. I love the LED light and the option to be able to rearrange or change how the deak looks.
