This is the finest round banquet table. It is made-to-order in the Leighton Hall shop in Suwanee, Georgia. It has a field of pie-cut swirly-crotch mahogany surrounded by a straight-grain mahogany border. The six perimeter leaves feature swirly-crotch mahogany centers with straight-grain mahogany borders. The outer edge is three-beaded. It has a medium brown mahogany color with a hand rubbed and polished semigloss sheen. This table is absolutely gorgeous and very sturdy. I managed to get both leaves in to extend the table without assistance, as well, though I haven't tried taking them back out yet. This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. The 60" table IS huge - so make sure you have enough room for it, and that whatever area rug you get, allows for chairs to be pulled out for seating.
