It arrived in perfect condition and the leather color matched the online photos. The stitching and craftsmanship appear to be first rate. The seat is much firmer than the predecessor it replaced; but I expect it will improve with time. I had been shopping around for a genuine leather chair, but couldn't find one in a reasonable price range that I liked. This one checked all the boxes and was also a great value.
