Beautiful coat rack. I gave it a 4 star rating because one of the hooks was broken. I contacted Wayfair and asked if I could get another hook to replace the broken one and I’m waiting for a reply. I will keep the coat rack. It’s perfect in every other way.. Francesca. Sat Oct 03 2026

I do not have much experience with assembling furniture so I was not looking forward to putting this hall tree together. But it went together so much better than I had expected! The instructions were very clear and all of the pieces fit together perfectly. I put it together by myself in an afternoon. My husband only had to help with the joining of the back on to the bench, and then moving the hall tree to where we wanted it. It looks great. It is made of artificial wood, but seems very sturdy. Some of the hardware gets covered over with stick-on patches, that's the only negative. But you really don't notice them.. Beverly. Los Angeles, CA. Fri Oct 02 2026

The Hall Tree arrived well packed and in great condition. All the parts were on the box. There was a lot of parts, but my husband had no trouble putting it together. It took a few hours, but when it was done I Love it. I am glad it's wood , and no metal except for the hanging hooks. It's a nice size and it fits perfect where we put it near our front door. It's a GOOD CHOICE.... Linda. Rochester Ny. Mon Oct 05 2026

The Hall Tree Bench is simple, beautiful, and very functional. I didn’t buy it mainly to use as a bench; I bought it to have a convenient place for my bags, keys, and lunch bag, and it works perfectly for that. The shoe compartments are a little limited. They are fine for sandals or flatter shoes, but not really for heels because the space between each section is too small. I ended up using the second compartment for my tall lunch bag, which worked well, but you cannot fit much more in that area. The color matches what is shown on the website, and I’m planning to add a green plant later to bring in a little more color. I really love the look of it. One important thing to know: it comes in a BIG and HEAVY box. If you need room-of-choice delivery, I recommend arranging it directly with customer service instead of relying only on the website. I carried and assembled it by myself, but I definitely agree with the recommendation to have someone help you. Once I opened the box, the instruction guide, tools, and hardware were all included. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was actually very simple. The hardest part was cleaning up all the protective foam and cardboard used to keep the pieces safe during shipping. I actually enjoyed putting it together with some good music and a beer. Everything is possible! I love this Hall Tree Bench. It is practical, attractive, and works perfectly for what I needed. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.. Aliuscha. Hialeah, FL. Sun Oct 04 2026

This coat rack organizes your entryway or hallway with a classic, vertical design that saves floor space. The frame is made from durable rubberwood, featuring a turned pedestal base for a traditional look. Multiple tiers of hooks offer plenty of room to hang coats, hats, and scarves within easy reach. We love how the hooks feature rounded tips to help protect your garments from snagging or damage while they're on display. This piece stands as a functional addition to your home that helps keep daily essentials tidy and accessible.

For a $60 Malaysian made coat rack, it's actually pretty good. Seems sturdy, although I'd probably put wet/heavy coats on opposite sides just to be safe. Works very well for my hats. Extremely easy to put together.. Tim. York Haven, PA. Fri Sep 18 2026
