I have had this mirror for about 4 years now and it has remained beautiful. The black finish is high quality and smooth. I use it as the door to a medicine cabinet that is sunk into the wall and it works very well (we attached it ourselves - and lined the back with a fun contact paper for a better look when open). It's a beautiful mirror and looks exactly as on the website but it weighs more than 8 lb as described, closer to 13 lbs (package was 13 lbs and there was nothing in it besides the mirror and styrofoam). Still not so heavy that you need two people to hang it up. It also it did not come with any anchors or nails so you will have to provide that yourself.
