This is a great chair. The rocking and swivel are so smooth and no noises or squeaks at all. The foot rest is a little stiff to push down with my legs but that should get better with time. Very comfy and seems like pretty good quality in person. It’s definitely a swivel and rocker, more so than a swivel and glider. Color is more muted than expected so looks very grey in person not chocolate. When you lean forward the back does come up off the floor, but it still feels sturdy and safe overall. I first I thought it looked like a hair salon chair but then I like the slope of the arms it was similar to my main couch. And with the pillow it takes away some of that barber chair look. I will say that it does rocks which makes the leather a little more slippery and I’m not sure if that will make it less comfortable because you have to make an effort to not move it. April. I like this recliner a lot. It looks beautiful and expensive. It’s comfortable to sit in as well.
