Inverted blade serration for a prolonged cutting edge. Inverted serration gives you the smooth cut of a fine edge, the blade that will stay sharp over years of use. This high and low serration distributes blade wear and tear, throughout a two-step process; delaying potential dulling. As the larger teeth wear down on hard ceramic surfaces, the smaller teeth remain sharp.

Our Cerulean Blue Steak Knives are forged from premium High-Carbon Steel and are carefully heat-treated and sharpened to perfection for razor-sharp cutting and extreme durability. Each knife is also engraved with a beautiful Damascus pattern, paying homage to a style of knife-making whose history stretches back over 1000 years.High-Carbon Steel, which was once the metal of choice for Japanese swordsmiths, has been exploding in popularity due to its added hardiness and sharpness, to such a degree that high-carbon steel has become the premier choice of many professional chefs. It's certainly worth trying out a High-Carbon Steel Steak Knife Set if you haven't already; you will feel the difference immediately, and you will likely never go back to your old stainless steel knives, which are made from a much cheaper composite. The serrated blade allows you to cut cleanly through steak that has a thick or tough exterior, as well as steak with a softer or juicier interior. Each knife is ergonomically designed with a comfortable blue resin handle, along with a Finger Guard for extra protection.
