This chest is absolutely stunning. It looks exactly like it is pictured online. The whole chest is solid, well made, and it is very heavy. The drawers are soft-close and can hold quite a bit, however the drawers are not particularly deep. The granite is beautiful and since this chest is so large there is quite a bit of granite surface area. I purchased this for my office but it would look beautiful in a bedroom as well. In fact, I kind of want the bedroom set after seeing this in person. I am so happy with this purchase. This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Love the sturdiness. It did have one small ding (of course on the front) and the bottom drawer does not want to go completely in. It took about a couple hours to put together, the instructions were good, but with one exception of the rolllerbar on the drawers is incorrectly pictured in the manuel.
