Ordered the black and gold stools. One of the stools was missing some of the hardware. They came preassembled so at first, we didn’t realize that the screws were missing from the bottom of the seat. I thought these were beautiful albeit expensive. When I saw that they had several open box items which are final sale, no return, I reached out to inquire about probable defects. Reassured that they were thoroughly inspected, I pulled the trigger. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to have my items arrive with scratches and defects in the metal finish (factory defects) and the faux leather were of two different dye-lots. Additionally, one of the cushions is noticeably taller than the other.
