The post was easy to assemble and high quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with the wedge bolts I needed for my application as well as plastic caps for the bolts. The lamp is very nice looking, but there are a few problems with it. Many of the glass panels had chips along the edges, but they are concealed by the frame once they were put in.
