Bring the character of historic New Orleans architecture home with the Bourbon Street Hanging Copper Lantern from Flambeaux Lighting. Handcrafted in Louisiana, each lantern reflects the traditional copper craftsmanship and architectural influence that have long defined the city’s distinctive character. Every piece is cut, soldered, and finished by hand, creating an authentic look that mass-produced lighting cannot replicate. The beauty of copper is in its ability to evolve. Over time, the material develops a natural patina that adds depth, warmth, and individuality, allowing the lantern to become part of the character of your home rather than simply another fixture. With its classic hanging profile and timeless Southern styling, this lantern complements traditional homes, historic-inspired architecture, porches, entryways, patios, gardens, and other spaces where craftsmanship and architectural detail take center stage. Built in-house by Flambeaux Lighting in Louisiana, it is a reflection of the company’s commitment to handcrafted copper lighting, New Orleans heritage, and enduring design.

A throwback to one of Irvin's popular early designs, our store lamp includes the glass globe.

I was a little worried about getting these because they only had 1 Review…. But I got two for a Bunk Room I just designed at our lake house. The are ABSOLUTELY perfect! I love the nostalgic, gas lantern look to them. They were packaged incredibly well, a great size and sturdy … they are just adorable. I love that the metal plate over the light has tiny holes to let the light come though a little on the ceiling. In the picture on Wayfair the glass under the lantern looks white due to the white shiplap behind it … but it’s actually thick, clear glass. These are even better in person. I highly recommend these adorable lanterns And putting them on a Dimmer switch if you can. It’s so nice to be able to turn them up bright or really dim for a nice atmosphere. I may put the light bulbs in them that look like flickering flames. You won’t regret buying these!. Kristi. Gainesville, GA. Sat Dec 27 2025

I have waited patiently for the perfect outdoor light to become available for my entry. I do believe this is it. It utilizes a long incandescent bulb, which really does look unique. The lamp itself is impressive with sleek lines and a modern design. The lamp and bulb marry well together to create an upscale, contemporary look. My only criticism is that the chain they chose to use with this lighting fixture seemed a little flimsy, so we replaced it with a more substantial chain. Sure, the one that comes with the lamp would be allright, but I like the look of the bulkier chain better. The installation did not appear to be difficult. I say this with the confidence of someone who stands on the ground and hands various tools to my husband, who is actually the installer.. Patty. Maumelle, AR. Tue Oct 13 2026
