This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. It takes about an hour to install, but make sure that you buy your downrod ahead of time. We needed a 36 inch rod, with a matt black finish. Overall, I am happy with this product.. Linda. The Stealth® DC lives up to its name by featuring the quietest motor yet. Casablanca's new DC technology is extremely powerful and highly efficient—four to five times more so than other motors. Casablanca Fan then combined an already impressive fan with an industry-standard Energy Star® LED light kit and created what may be the most technologically impressive fan to date. So while the fan may be quiet, news of its output won't be for long.
