I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later.
