The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Elevate your everyday cooking with the Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid. The stainless steel pan features professional stainless steel construction and an aluminum-encapsulated base for even heating, making it ideal for searing multiple steaks or fish fillets, sautéing larger batches of vegetables, or preparing sauces and one-pan meals, ensuring perfect searing and superior release. Cool Grip handles stay cool to the touch, and the pan is both dishwasher safe and compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. No other piece of cookware performs with the versatility of the saucepan. Whether you are preparing a delicate hollandaise sauce, steaming savory wild rice, or simmering a hearty soup, no other piece of cookware offers more reliable results. The saucepan bonds stainless steel to a core of pure aluminum for unsurpassed durability and performance.

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026
